LOS ANGELES — A group of adult industry veterans led by Robert Moran have joined forces to launch 101 Modeling, a new talent agency that cites innovation, work ethic and sticking to the basics as foundations for their business.
101's three principle staff members/partners have a combined four decades' experience in numerous areas of adult.
The owner Moran brings several years of experience in talent representation to his new post. He was previously an agent for both LA Direct Models and Big Love Talent.
"I have always felt that an agency that offered excellent service, a stress-free environment and the hottest talent available today can only be a winner," Moran said. "I am dedicated to building a successful business that truly services the needs of my clients."
Tracy has experience working in front of the camera (as Kaiya Lynn) and behind the scenes in addition to repping talent for the past five years. She specializes in understanding the needs of female performers.
"Having worked on both sides of the business, I know what talent needs and what they want," Tracy said. "I have seen first-hand the difference a great agent can make."
Bud Lee brings more than two decades of experience to 101 as a reputable producer, director and writer, as well as an agent who most recently worked with LA Direct.
"I feel as though my years as a producer and director are a great asset in understanding our producer/client's wants and needs," Lee said. "In contrast, my history with the Lee Network and my past wives gives me a unique insight into what our talent/client's concerns and needs are."
Lee told XBIZ Tuesday the 101 roster "is growing almost daily."
"It's been fun," he said. "We're just out there wanting to do a good job for people."
The licensed and bonded 101 Modeling opened in April, and has already signed several well-established performers including Audrey Bitoni, Rachel Starr and Amy Ried.
In addition to experienced talent, 101 Modeling said it is committed to recruiting and developing fresh newcomers such as rising performer Nicole Aniston.
"We are always on the lookout for new talent," Moran said. "It takes a lot to help a new girl become the 'next big thing.' We have the experience and expertise to make it happen and an eye for spotting promising new girls."
