Consulting Company for Would-be Pornographers Debuts

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — A business consulting and management company for would-be pornographers has debuted.

Start My Porn Company said it’s offering an investment hedge against “the widely prognosticated financial collapse of mainstream corporations in the next five years.”

Along with consultation, the firm is offering an e-book called the "SMPC Porn Primer" that it said includes insight from porn pros.

The e-book book includes sections on leveraging the six most profitable revenue streams for adult content, information on government regulations concerning adult content, how to manage professional production shoots, and tips to secure content from piracy before it's released to the public.

"There are many industry professionals that have contributed information to the 'SMPC Porn Primer.' Among them are producers Michael Ninn, Otto Bauer, Frank Castle and Nic Andrews, distribution companies All Media Group and Coastline Licensing, information on copyright laws and protecting yourself from piracy comes from Pepper Law Group and Take Down Piracy," company founder Linda Roberts said.

She added, "I am eternally grateful to the hundreds of great industry minds that have contributed their professional thoughts and experiences to the information that is presented in this book."

Also included in the e-book is a section dedicated to sample documents, lists and records keeping forms, such as a model release, and the U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 Compliance Age Verification Affidavit, designed to allow all new producers to start shooting content while staying within federal records keeping guidelines.

"I am greatly impressed with the amount of industry knowledge and experience that the people involved with Start My Porn Company are willing to share with those new to the adult industry," said Benic Way of adult industry crowd funding source, Offbeatr.

He added, "The credibility of those involved can't be denied and if I was starting a production company, I would choose to get my information from SMPC."
