iOS 9 Will Track Sexual Activity — Report

CUPERTINO, Calif. — Buried deep into yesterday’s presentation at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference was the revelation that the company’s yet-to-be released iOS9 will let people track exactly how often, when and how they have sex.

It’s a new health-tracking feature under the option "sexual activity" that Apple has added for the operating software, which will release in the fall.

The sex-tracking element was revealed this morning by The Independent, which learned about it from developers who have been working on the upgrade.

When users click on "sexual activity," they can enter data on whether protection was used, as well as the date and time of the encounter.

Users later will then be able to see that data represented on a graph or in   numerical form and, of course, they can share it with other apps.

Apple, however, emphasized that the data will be kept private unless users decide to share it with other users.
