LAS VEGAS — Nick Dodge, founder of VReleased and the creator of the virtual reality adult game “Nympho Trainer VR,” has launched a campaign to help bring awareness to the far-reaching economic effects of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic — particularly its devastating impact on Las Vegas.
"Nympho Trainer VR" was showcased at XBIZ Miami’s breakthrough "VR Shootout" event in 2017.
Dodge, who also goes by the stage name “Chase Poundher,” joined performer Little Squirtles to produce a coronavirus-themed video for Pornhub that went viral and was featured in Vice and other mainstream media outlets.
Their shared goal was to create and grow a platform they could use for both education and fundraising on behalf of the community, which resulted in the launch of ContentForCOVID.com.
“A lot of places are going through hard times; and here, in our city of Las Vegas, we are going to be hit incredibly hard,” Dodge told XBIZ. “Most of our jobs revolve around casinos and entertainment and service jobs that can’t go remote. Well over 200,000 locals are already out of a job, and the number keeps rising, causing many to need major assistance, among the other less fortunate people who are already poverty-stricken.”
To ensure that help goes where it’s most needed, ContentForCOVID will support the Three Square initiative, which was established to provide food assistance to hungry families.
To support the fundraiser, VReleased has reduced the price of “Nympho Trainer VR” and will donate 100 percent of its profits for a full week to Three Square; Little Squirtles is also partnering with Dodge for this event, producing a new “Quarantine & Chill” video for $14.99, with 100 percent of the scene’s profits donated to Three Square.
Finally, at the end of the fundraiser, Dodge will match the money raised by NymphoTrainer, ContentForCovid and the “Quarantine & Chill” video sales with his personal funds, for a donation of up to $20,000.
ContentForCovid will offer bundles of “Nympho Trainer VR” and “Quarantine & Chill” for $20, $50 and $100, with each bundle offering the same content, but available at progressively higher donation points for people who want to support the cause even more.
“I am not some multi millionaire, and we are not a million-dollar company,” Dodge explained. “This is a substantial donation for my company and me at this time, while our economy is suffering.”
“Even though we can’t throw a million dollars at this like some of the huge Fortune 500 companies, I think we need to get the word out to let people know every dollar counts right now,” Dodge added. “Give anything you can afford to because $20,000 equals 60,000 meals with this charity — and that is life-changing for a ton of people!”
Besides raising funds for those who are out-of-work in Las Vegas, ContentForCOVID is trying to spread a national message to give however you can to help the people affected by the pandemic.
“By partnering with other models and companies,” Dodge concluded, “we’re encouraging them to support their local charities as well, ideally making a huge dent in the current crisis.”
The fundraiser is set to run through Sunday, March 5.
