Vanessa Sky, Lucky Fate Co-Star in Finale of Seth Gamble's 'Privilege'

LOS ANGELES — Wicked Pictures has released the eighth and final episode of Seth Gamble’s “Privilege,” co-starring Vanessa Sky and Lucky Fate.

Titled “Empty Pursuit Of Money,” the episode caps the Axel Braun-produced series, set in the Machiavellian world of the megarich and featuring an ensemble cast led by industry veteran Evan Stone.

“Whether I’m creating the final installment of an all-sex movie or a narrative series like ‘Deranged,’ ‘Privilege’ or the upcoming ‘Reckless,’” Gamble explained, “I always try to put myself in the emotional head space of the viewer. In the case of an eight-episode series like ‘Privilege,’ I keep in mind that fans get to know the characters as if they were friends. This creates a bond and it’s the reason why we can feel betrayed when an ending payoff doesn’t deliver, especially when a show ends on a false note rather than one that makes sense.”

"Whether we loved them or hated them, we want to see where the characters end up," Gamble added.

Gamble enthused about his lead actors' performances in the series and its finale.

“I couldn’t have asked for better people,” he said. “From Evan Stone’s commanding yet introspective performance as Alexander Nash down to Lucky Fate as his impulsive, troublemaking son Lucas. And I can’t say enough good things about Vanessa Sky. I knew she was going to hit her role’s dramatic arc out of the park, but she was just as effective at bringing empathy and intimacy to her scene with Lucky. They were both complete professionals who brought energy, passion and heat to the sex. It’s the final scene and one of the very best scenes in the entire series.”

Gamble also praised the sprawling cast, full of familiar faces and newcomers, for “creating relationships that became showcases for the exceptional talent in our industry today.”

The first scene of Gamble’s next project, the mythology-based cinemacore production “Goddess,” co-starring Kenna James, Ivy Wolfe and the director, will debut March 31.
