APClips Adds Rae Threat to Creator Outreach Team

LOS ANGELES — APClips has added artist Rae Threat to its creator outreach team.

Threat specializes in showcasing adult performers in mainstream media projects and also works as a queer advocate.

"I love working with indie platforms and creators, so it was a very natural progression to want to work with AP Clips, one of the only remaining independent platforms that is actually made for creators by creators, and help them compete against the bigger corporate-owned clip platforms," Threat said. "Most of my adult work has also been with a lot of queer and indie creators/studios, so it really was a natural progression. I’m excited to see where this goes."

Added APClips CEO Gavin Lloyd, "So many people in our industry know and love Rae from her work behind the camera and as an advocate with deep involvement in the indie scene, and it just seemed like a natural fit at the perfect time. Plus, I’ve known Rae for years, we have tons of mutual friends, and it already feels pretty hand-in-glove to me. Perhaps most importantly, Rae exudes the bootstrapping independent hustling spirit which our humble little platform is known for."
