Named after the legendary director and Channel 1 Releasing partner, the upscale-styled boutique will offer the entire Channel 1 catalog of more than 2,000 titles and products.
"This place is going to be over-the-top fabulous," LaRue said. "I'm thrilled to be opening a store where customers can come and get the full Chi Chi experience," LaRue added. "It will also be a great place for us to hold in-store appearances where fans can come and be a part of it all, then take home some delicious porn and naughty goodies."
The store's offerings will include DVDs, novelties, lubricants, condoms, apparel, cards, photo books and calendars.
Novelties will be exclusively provided by Topco Sales, including the complete Rascal Toy line and a new Chi Chi LaRue line of toys. An exclusive arrangement has also been made with One Condoms to provide all the protective barrier products for the store.
"This is the first time a customer will be able to find every Rascal, All Worlds, Catalina and Dirk Yates title under one roof," C1R partner Rob Novinger said. "It is physically impossible for retailers to stock our full library."
Chi Chi LaRue's will be located at 8932 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. A VIP grand opening party will take place at the store, with LaRue's birthday celebration to follow. Details have not been announced.
