Extreme Pleasure Gets a Sequel in 'Fist First: Second Helping'

When you think of gay porn, your mind may not immediately jump to “first timers.” If so, co-directors Ben Rush and Alter Sin are here to change all that.

The creative duo behind the XMA-nominated “Heart On” and recent NakedSword feature “Spain in the Ass” have found a way to unite the rush of extreme anal play with the excitement of that on-camera first time, via their NakedSword x Club Inferno collab “Fist First.”

The franchise, which premiered in 2023, is now back with “Fist First: Second Helping.” The sequel takes and runs with the premise of — as Rush puts it — “Some of the hottest adult film stars as they test their own sexual limits and discover the joys of extreme play for the first time.”

On the surface, that might just sound like some of your favorite stars popping their fisting cherry, but as it turns out, a lot of thought has gone into this series. The filmmakers have devoted a significant amount of care and purpose in introducing the audience to more extreme insertions.

“With these NakedSword x Club Inferno productions, our goal is to introduce people to different ways of expressing their sexuality,” Rush explains. “So while the film includes extreme acts of human sexual connection, it also unfolds in a way that allows the viewer to safely journey through fetishes that make them curious. The first film was paced strategically to serve as an introduction to viewers new to fetish content.”

While that first installment found the cast exploring their anal limits in a tool-filled garage, this film ups the ante by taking the cast to Barcelona, Spain.

“Alter Sin and I teamed up to take viewers deep into Spain’s sexual underground and inside a dangerously alluring private club,” Rush teases.

This backdrop, which Rush says “walks the line between opulent and down-and-dirty rawness,” matches and ratchets up the sexual intensity. There is an “edge” to the lighting and even the furniture, he notes.

Alter Sin describes the setting as “dark, moody and animal on one hand, and like a decked-out dreamscape on the other.”

While sticking to the basic thrust of the original, the sequel boasts a new locale, new vibe and a fresh crop of fisting first-timers, including Falcon/NakedSword exclusive Sir Peter, Lobo Carreira, Damon Heart, Justin Jett, Dean Young and John Barchalli.

According to Sin, throughout the production the cast was “emboldened to push the boundaries of erotic pleasure, using fists, oversized toys and even a set of resin cue balls to open each other up.”

For some, the shoot went beyond envelope-pushing to provide a genuinely transcendent experience.

“I didn’t expect the experience to be so intense — but not in a bad way,” Heart shares. “It’s not that it’s painful; it’s more like you’re in another dimension.

“I knew it was going to be a very safe place to try something a bit bigger,” h14

e adds. “Of course, I also had a scene partner who was experienced. Justin was very nice and, literally, gave a helping hand!”

As Heart’s scene partner, Jett had a similar eye-opening experience in his first studio fisting scene.

“I’m super excited to share this with my fans through NakedSword,” he enthuses. “They will see how intense the session was and how turned on I was. It was almost like an out-of-body experience.”

An important part of enabling cast members to open up fully to the experience was the care Rush and Alter Sin took in establishing the right on-set environment.

“Consent is the most important thing on our sets,” Rush affirms. “For that reason, Alter Sin and I would discuss the exact positions and activities that we envisioned with each performer, giving them the opportunity to express their comfort levels with the material and any adjustments that would make them feel more comfortable.”

Jett says he loves working with Sin and Rush.

“I know the end product will look perfect, and the process of shooting will be fun, easy and safe,” he declares.

Jett also shares his approach to caring for his co-star.

“As a top, for me it is about making the bottom feel safe and letting go as I take control of him and his pleasure with my fist,” he reveals. “Body and mind play equally important roles in fisting, so a lot of the domination comes from looks, words, attitude and pace.”

The first scene finds Sir Peter blowing off steam after work when Latin heartthrob Lobo Carreira catches his eye. Rush breaks down the intense 45-minute scene that follows.

“Sir Peter instructs the manager to send the stripper over, then proceeds to wreck Lobo’s perfect, hairy asshole with his hand, his cock, an enormous tentacle dildo and a set of re-sized pool cue balls,” Rush says.

In the next segment, Heart experiences equal excitement over dancer Jett.

“It isn’t long until Damon’s arm is deep inside Justin’s hole, feeling his insides as Justin grunts in ecstasy,” Rush explains. The pair then swap roles for the third scene.

The finale is a reunion of sorts, as twunk star Young, who lost his fisting virginity in the first film, returns to try his hand at topping.

“When I was asked to be the giver of the fist and not the receiver, I thought it would be a good opportunity to show a more dominant side of myself,” Young recalls. “As I’m getting older, I find myself exploring that more.”

“Second Helping” does seem to be a graduation of sorts, as the first installment featured smoother models while the sequel shifts to a more “daddy” crowd.

It seems that Sin and Rush have captured some kinky lightning in the bottle.

“We structure these movies carefully, to make sure audiences know that we all have these different ideas and desires that turn us on,” concludes Rush. “We don’t believe there should be shame attached to sex.”
