I love watching Mike Quasar movies. He has the ability to put together both complex narrative epics and smaller, engaging tales. This film is the latter. There's a story here that's just meaty enough to make "The Mistress 6" a feature, but it's also light enough that the audience won't get bored waiting for the sex. Lexi does a fine job as the lead, and Kay fits nicely in her supporting role. Derrick Pierce settles into the role of tortured hero in a departure from his typical archetype of the last few years, while the immaculate Freya Parker brings plenty of heat. Oh, and anytime the legendary Julia Ann makes an appearance, the verdict is "winner."
