Tech Company Carmunity to Roll Out Browser-Based iPhone Chat at Venus Berlin

BERLIN — Mobile tech company Carmunity.com wants to make the iPhone more interactive, and they're using sex to do it.

The company plans to unveil its newest product at Venus Berlin: A browser-based application that streams a live feed and offers interactive functionality. They're calling it iMstream.

Carmunity's sphere of influence includes tech company DisplayBoy GmbH and the SexGoesMobile.com affiliate program. Representatives from these businesses will unveil iMstream on Oct. 16 in hall 21b at the Venus Berlin erotic exposition.

Users don't have to download or install anything extra to run iMstream. Once they dial up the application in their browser, they can immediately start chatting with a live model while previewing pictures of other models and using a bookmarking function to keep track of their favorites. Multiple billing solutions are supported.

Stefan Kathmeyer, CEO of DisplayBoy GmbH, said that when it comes to adult interactivity in the 21st century, the iPhone is the way to go.

"The iPhone will revolutionize the way that people connect to the internet” he said. "Already today we are experiencing a noticeable increase in demand in videos for the iPhone platform. We are confident that iMstream will simply add to this momentum.”

Kathmeyer added that future plans for iMstream include compatibility with other mobile operating systems, such as Google's Android platform.

The Venus Berlin erotic expo is set for Oct. 16-19.
