Unzipped Media is the publisher of gay adult magazines Men, Freshmen and Unzipped. Established in 1984 and formerly known as Specialty Publications, the company was purchased by Regent Media and rebranded earlier this year.
“Sex is just another part of the entertainment spectrum for the younger generation,” said Unzipped Media online editor Sean Carnage. “At Unzipped.net, pleasure is our mission, whether it’s intellectual or visual.”
While the blog will offer an “entertaining, erotically charged” take on the day’s news and gossip, the main page content will be “safe to view while at work,” Carnage said.
However, racy content drawn from its print companion publication will be featured in an adult-oriented section titled “Below the Belt” that Carnage said should be viewed from a private computer.
Scheduled features include “Lunchtime Video Break” and “Dear Dick” sex advice column, as well as video and novelty reviews, interviews and profiles of gay adult performers.
