Ron Jeremy on 'Judge Jeanine Pirro' Today

CHICAGO — Veteran performer Ron Jeremy and Ponderosa Sun Club owner Scarlett Schmitt will appear on the "Judge Jeanine Pirro" show today.

Pirro will decide the case of the Ponderosa Sun Club suing performer Nikki Nine for breach of contract when Nine did not appear to co-host the annual Nudes-A-Poppin nude beauty pageant at Ponderosa.

In the show, Jeremy and Schmitt said Nine — who had previously competed at Nudes-A-Poppin and won several competitions — cost the festival money because of promotion and advertising material that featured her. Ponderosa also had to deal with refunds to individuals who wanted their money back because Nine did not appear.

According to a press release, Moore said she was so nervous at the prospect of co-hosting the event that she drank too much and missed her flight, thereby breaching the contract.

The judge's verdict was not released prior to the show being aired.

"Judge Jeanine Pirro" is produced by Telepictures and syndicated to local stations nationwide. Check the "Judge Jeanine Pirro" website for channel and time.
