Recycling Firm Markets Its Services to Adult Industry

TAMPA, Fla. — A company featured in this week’s Rolling Stone magazine is marketing its efforts to recycle sex toys to the adult industry.

Dreamscapes LLC is on a mission to safely dispose of used or broken vibrators, dildos and plugs and is reaching out to manufacturers and adult businesses as well as individuals.

The company has set up a website, RecycleYourSexToy.com, to promote its cause.

Businesses and consumers are being asked to visit the site for detailed instructions on how and where to mail the used toys.

Upon receipt, the toys are cleaned and disassembled with parts such as rubber, silicone, plastic and batteries sent for recycling, which process them for reuse.

As an incentive, the company is offering $10 gift cards that can be redeemed at VibratorShopping.com for each recycled package.

Businesses interested in participating should email gogreen@dreamscapesfl.com.
