AdultDVDEmpire Highlights Major Fall Releases

PITTSBURG, Penn. — AdultDVDEmpire.com has built a special “HUGE Fall Releases” section on its website and is sponsoring several contests and promotions to highlight the titles featured in the section.

Most of the industry may be going gonzo, but high-end feature productions still have marketing pull that their no-frills cousins simply can’t match, according to Mike Barry, director of adult operations for the massive DVD sales and rental portal.

“With so many huge DVDs being released in a short time frame, we saw the opportunity to put something really big together,” Barry said. “We picked eight titles that we feel are going to have the largest consumer interest and put together a great offer for each one.”

The titles selected for inclusion are:

  • “Pirates” from Digital Playground, starring Jesse Jane and Janine along with Adam & Eve contract star Carmen Luvana.
  • “The New Devil in Miss Jones” from Vivid, starring Jenna Jameson and Savanna Samson.
  • “Dark Angels 2: Bloodline” from Digital Sin, starring Sunny Lane.
  • “Catherine” from Ninn Worx, starring Audrey Hollander.
  • “Camp Cuddly Pines Powertool Massacre” from Wicked Pictures, starring Stormy.
  • “Jenna Loves Pain” from Club Jenna, starring Jenna Jameson.
  • “Eternity” from Wicked Pictures, starring Jessica Drake and Keri Sable.
  • “Darkside” from Red Light District, starring Penny Flame and Missy Monroe.
  • To promote the movies, AdultDVDEmpire is running sweepstakes in which customers can win authentic movie props from the productions as well as official studio merchandise.

For example, customers who order “Pirates” will be automatically entered to win a pistol used in the film; those who order “Jenna Loves Pain” will have a chance to win one of five autographed paddles; and customers who order “Catherine” can win a dagger used in the movie.

For several of the titles, such as “Dark Angels 2,” the site is offering customers chances to win one of up to 20 different prizes.

The goal, of course, is to boost sales of the DVDs during what AdultDVDEmpire says is the biggest season of the year for adult films.
