Writer/Director David Stanley Shoots for SexZ Pictures

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Writer/director David Stanley has just completed a new thriller for SexZ Pictures, "Fleshed Out." The production stars SexZ contract performer Hillary Scott as a sadistic police officer who seeks vengeance on a woman who seduced her husband.

"This movie enters some darker territory than I've previously worked with before. It's a psychological horror movie where sex is both a sensual pleasure and a sharp-edged weapon," Stanley said. "I've been wanting to make something like this for a long, long time and am really pleased with how it's turning out. There's something happening here, something I don't think people have seen before, that's been really exciting for the cast and crew to see come alive and I think the audience will be totally absorbed by it.

"I've always tried to be one step ahead of the curve myself, so to combine what I do with what SexZ does is a great gift to me," Stanley said. "I feel like I'm part of the future of adult entertainment and am so happy to be able to contribute to it. I feel like the sky's the limit. I couldn't be happier."

Stanley, who has been writing and directing plot-driven features since the late '90s, has worked with Elegant Angel — where he started the short-lived features division, Arch Angel — Vivid Entertainment and Wicked Pictures as a writer/director. His titles have included "Fast Forward" and "Playback" for Elegant, and his Vivid titles include "20 Candles," "The Black Room" and an ambitious two-picture combination, "Perfect Couple" and "Morning Star," which both start with a couple breaking up: one tells the woman's story, and the other tells the man's. Before leaving Wicked in March 2008, Stanley's productions included "Harlequin," "Creme Brulee," "1000 Words," and "Just Like That."

Stanley said he was pleased with Scott's performance in "Fleshed Out."

"Hillary Scott blew me away. She is everything you could want in a star: beautiful, confident, voraciously sexual and a great, great actress," Stanley said. "No matter how big or small the scene, she rose to the level of a champion. She knew every line, every cadence perfectly. I couldn't have been more impressed and I can hardly wait for people to see what she did with the role. It's a nasty, nasty performance. Truly terrifying."

The cast of "Fleshed Out" also includes Mika Tan, Kimberly Kane, Nikki Rhodes, Justin Long, Mr. Pete, Mikey Butders, Voodoo, Evan Stone and Tommy Gunn. The production will be released later this year.
