CommerceGate Enters Processing Agreement With Cybersocket

BARCELONA, Spain — Payment processor CommerceGate announced today that it has entered a processing agreement with gay-interest website and publication Cybersocket.

"We have always set very high standards for our business," Cybersocket co-founder Morgan Sommer said. "Adding one of the top processors in our industry, CommerceGate, as our secondary processor across the board fit our strict criteria and made sound financial sense."

CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Starklen added, "Over the years we have established a very strong and dynamic foothold in the adult gay market. Adding Cybersocket as a client was one of our main objectives for this year, and we look forward to continuing to expand our relationships in this market."

Cybersocket, the "leader in gay and lesbian online information," according to its website, offers GLBT print, online and communications services and hosts the annual Cybersocket Web Awards.

CommerceGate has entered "strategic" relationships with DHD Media and Segpay, and "offers a full gamut of international and domestic services," according to the company.
