Mainstream Men’s Site Covers ‘Scrubs’ Parody

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — New Sensations’ porn parody of ABC television’s “Scrubs” continues its crossover streak. Online men’s magazine, CraveOnline.com, published a two-page article on the movie and video footage of its set visit.

Dubbed as a “destination for everything men crave,” the website will premiere the second part of it’s coverage of “Scrubs: A XXX Parody,” which includes interviews with cast members Tori Black and Jack Lawrence.

The first video clip, currently on the site, features segments with Ashlynn Brooke and James Deen.

“It is a good fit for our audience, mostly because the only thing our readers like better than comedy is a nice pair of roundies,” CraveOnline.com senior content producer Jeremy Azevedo said. “So this is sort of the best of both worlds. Our audience is mostly male, but we have quite a few female readers as well. That the film is a spoof of a popular TV show makes it more accessible than your typical hardcore fare, and I think that’s why you are seeing a lot of mainstream coverage over it.”

Brooke, who plays Ellie in the movie, enjoys the mainstream attention.

“These guys were great to have on set with us,” Brooke said. “They added an element of sarcastic, slapstick humor that had us all laughing, plus it was just fun to play around with them since it was their first time on an adult set.”

“Scrubs: A XXX Parody” is scheduled for release May 18. The movie stars Ashlynn Brooke as Ellie, James Deen as DJ, Thea Marie as Marla, Shane Diesel as Dirk, Jack Lawrence as Berry, Ralph Long as the Janitor and Kris Slater as Todd. Also featured are Joanna Angel, Alexis Texas, Tori Black and Missy Stone.
