Videographer Paul Wilde makes his directorial debut with "Triage," which a studio rep compared to catalog titles "Laid Up" (2001) and "RX: Open Wide" (2004).

"Triage" is being released on Blu-ray as well as a Director's Expanded Edit edition that runs more than three-and-a-half hours and includes additional scenes of fisting and other BDSM vignettes.
Both versions are available now via Titan's online store. The wholesale street date is May 26.
