"Smoking has become for the most part a fetishistic habit full of taboo and danger,” Blake said. “As an ex-smoker myself, I've always been fascinated with the sensual nature of women putting objects in their mouths. Recently I put some clips on YouTube to promote my films and found that the clips that included smoking and big breasts were the most viewed. So it seemed natural to combine these suggestive themes in a feature."
