Maleflixxx Pledges Support on World AIDS Day

TORONTO, Canada — Video-on-demand network Maleflixxx.tv will once again donate $1 from every rental made today on the Maleflixxx global network to the World AIDS Day fund.

Funds raised on World Aids Day will go to benefit numerous charitable organizations throughout 2010. This year, Maleflixxx has donated to CAP AIDS, TPAN, The Folsom Fund and PRIDE Toronto. In addition, Maleflixxx also donates to local organizations that benefit the GLBT community such as The Gay Hockey and Soccer Leagues of Toronto.

“We are proud to have a long-standing tradition of giving back to our local community as well as charitable organizations from around the world,” said Eric Johnson, Sureflix Digital Distribution. "With the recent economic downturn, it is important now, more than ever, to support these non-profit organizations that strive to increase the quality of life for mankind."

Most recently, Maleflixxx made a donation to the Mission Malawi fund, which raises money for ActionAid, a program to raise money for HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention in Malawi. Malawi is one of Africa's least developed countries with one in seven of the population living with the disease.
