Moore, whose real name is Anabela Mota Janke, is the adult performer who cost husband William Scott Janke his job as Fort Myers Beach town manager last year.
"Shortly after my husband was fired for being married to a porn star Hustler called my agent and offered to do a shoot," Moore said. "I was thrilled because Hustler is such a big name in the adult industry and, frankly I needed to step up to help support the family."
Hustler calls Moore the “Controversial Cougar” in the topless spread.
William Scott Janke was fired in July during an emergency town council meeting, which was called when it was discovered that Janke's wife was an adult performer. He received a settlement agreement of about $50,000.
Moore has appeared in three adult videos released in 2008 and 2009 and operates the JazellaMoore.com website.
The couple was married in October 2008.
