Big Love Talent Ramps Up

LOS ANGELES — New talent agency Big Love Talent has ramped up its representation and its staff. In addition to new talent clients, the company added Michael "Jew Hefner" Siegle as a partner and agent.

Started in August by former LA Direct Models agent Chris Lloyd, Big Love Talent focuses on running a boutique-style agency with one-on-one interaction with all its clients.

“It’s really all about relationships and mutual respect, not about numbers,” Lloyd told XBIZ. “We really want to represent quality girls and guide them in a very hands-on way throughout their careers.”

Lloyd said the agency started with six or seven girls and recently has added some of the top names in the business including Jayden Jaymes, Sadie West, Celeste Starr, Rebecca Blue, Courtney Foxxx, Amia Miley and Kiara Diane. Big Love also reps male performers Tony DeSergio, Marcus London and Tommy Gunn.

“The days of an agent sitting by the phone waiting for it to ring are over,” Siegle said. “You have to be proactive. We put a lot of effort into communicating with our clients so there are no surprises. None of our clients will show up to a shoot unprepared.”

Siegle has filled a variety of roles in the adult business. He previously worked for New Sensations as an editor, director and in marketing. He most recently worked in production for Venetian Productions.

“Jew is really the third piece of the puzzle,” Lloyd said. “He’s great at recruiting, marketing and in business dev elopement. It’s really great to have him on board.”

Male performer Derrick Pierce also fills an informal role with the company.

“As talent, I add that perspective to the company,” Pierce said. “With Chris and Jew running business operations, I add my own abilities and talent relations to the mix.”
