It will be the first time in company history a new title simultaneously has been released in both DVD and Blu-ray formats.
The parody stars Ryder Skye, Alexis Texas, Monique Alexander and Shawna Lee.
The video, which parodies the classic TV series, follows the residents of fictional Hazzard County who rule the road in a modified muscle car while evading corrupt county commissioners and an inept backwoods sheriff.
With a release date of Feb. 23, the two-disc DVD will include the widescreen feature, four bonus sex scenes and behind-the-scenes footage, as well as a PG-13 version.
