SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Cable Entertainment Distribution Inc.(CED) signed an exclusive worldwide broadcast deal with long-time Vivid director Paul Thomas.
CED said that Thomas is seeking to establish and create his own style of productions through his new studio, Cinnamon Productions.
“Through the CED broadcast program, supply arrangements with channels, systems and platforms worldwide will allow PT to achieve his goals,” said Marc Bruder, owner and president of CED.
He added, “We are extremely proud and excited to represent Paul and his new productions. Paul will be developing a series for cable and a group of feature films for the changing market."
Bruder said that Thomas' studio will be immediately popular with fans because of the director's long standing popularity and groundbreaking programming.
Thomas' 25-year association with Vivid Entertainment ended in late 2009.
