This year’s contest will start off with a short 3D movie intro filmed specifically for IML by DominicFord. Special 3D glasses, co-branded by both IML and DominicFord, will be available to audience members.
“We are excited to be doing something at this year’s IML that is visually extra special and unique,” IML’s RJ Chaffin said. “With 3D being on everyone’s lips these days, it made perfect sense for us to work with DominicFord to create a 3D intro that will welcome the audience to the show in a more personal and memorable way… in 3D.”
DominicFord says this current collaboration with IML will see the company bring its 3D experience to a live audience for the first time in such a setting. During the weekend, DominicFord will also be recording interviews with select IML luminaries in 3D for future viewing.
“We are thrilled to be working with IML 2010,” Dominic Ford said. “They have been doing this show for more than 30 years so I’m very pleased they have trusted us to deliver a one of kind opening movie for them that the audience won’t forget.”
Visitors at the IML event can experience movie-sized 3D porn at Dominic Ford's booth that includes a giant movie screen playing the adult film "Whorrey Potter and the Sorcerers Balls” and other 3D movies.
International Mr. Leather takes place at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Chicago May 28-31.
