FAME is the first interactive award recognition determined by actual fans of the adult movie genre, with thousands of online ballots cast in 16 different categories.
The "Batman XXX" parody, a spoof of the popular '60s TV show, was written, produced and directed by Axel Braun and distributed by Vivid Entertainment.
"Batman XXX: A Porn Parody" has been number one in the sales charts since it was released on May 24th and its two YouTube trailers attracted over a million viewers.
"I am thrilled at the incredible success of this movie," said Braun. "I've been getting an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from both comic and adult movie fans, and the FAME Award is the most delicious icing on the cake for me. I really made this movie for the fans, and I was absolutely uncompromising in all details involved in the production. Clearly they appreciated it and I couldn't be happier."
