Video: Montana Fishburne Talks Porn Career, Considers New Sex Tape

LOS ANGELES — Montana Fishburne told XBIZ she is seriously considering making another adult movie after the response to her new self-titled sex tape through Vivid Entertainment exceeded everyone's expectations.

"Vivid made an offer to me to do a few more movies, but I don't know if I'm going to do that yet. I'm thinking about doing one more soon, but it will be totally different, not reality style and I want them to see a whole new Montana. But more than two, I don't know," Fishburne said Friday in an exclusive video interview.

Vivid last week reported that its first run of 25,000 "Montana Fishburne" DVDs had sold out in just a few days, and it was ordering more. Fishburne is the 18-year-old daughter of Emmy Award-winning actor Laurence Fishburne.

Montana said that she still had not spoken to her father since the news of her sex tape made international headlines at the end of July.

"It hurts me a little but I love my dad to death and I want him to know that I didn't do this to hurt him," she said. "And I'll keep saying it, but I want him to know that I didn't do it to hurt him and I want him to be proud of me and I want him to be happy for me, that I'm doing something that I love."

Montana said she had read on TMZ that her father's friends had offered Vivid $1 million to buy all of Montana's movies, but they had already been shipped.

"I was surprised," she said. "I understand that they did it out of respect for him and not wanting him to be hurt. But at the same time I was happy that they couldn't. Because I'm out there and people got to see my movie."

Montana said she had spoken with her mother since the news of the sex tape broke.

"We've talked and she just wants to make sure that I'm OK, and that everything that people say and their negative energy isn't getting to me," she said.

Fishburne acknowledged she was aware that some mainstream websites had reported details of some of her alleged run-ins with the law.

"I've heard about it, but my attorney tells me I can't talk about it. So that's it," she said.

The native of Westchester, N.Y., who has been living in Los Angeles since she was 15, said she is excited by all the media attention in recent weeks.

"I will admit that I didn't think it would be this big of a deal," said Fishburne, who has even fielded an interview request from a German television station. "I knew it would be kind of a big deal, but to me I was like, OK, this is something that I wanted to do, so I was excited about it for myself. I really had no idea that the whole world was going to think it was such a big thing. And I'm excited that they do because they're getting to know me and I'm getting myself out there. It's just exciting. It is really exciting."

Fishburne said that she has not really considered going with any company other than Vivid for future work.

"I really like being with Vivid, but if I do decide to test the waters, I want it to be something of my own. I would want it to be my own production company or something that would be mine. Not working for anybody else," she said.
