XR Brands Plans E.U. Expansion

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — XR Brands will head to Germany to introduce Wand Essentials to retailers overseas at eroFame Oct. 20-22 in Berlin.

According to the company, the Wand Essentials line of portable, adjustable and super-powered wand-style massagers was released specifically for retailers looking for a stronger and sleeker alternative to traditional stick vibrators.

Specially designed 220-volt versions were included to be compatible with European and alternative power outlets overseas, the company said.

“No other design of its kind offers this flexibility of form and function,” said Randy Alvstad, XR Brands sales manager.

“XR Brands current focus is the innovative Wand Essentials collection, showcasing its superior packaging design and ability to merchandise flawlessly to create a category of sex toys all on its own. I look forward to debuting and demonstrating the 220-volt varieties at eroFame personally.”

The company said the Wand Essentials collection is comprised of two sleek wand-style massagers featuring seven speeds, one powered by a traditional plug-in cord and the other in a cordless rechargeable design.

“Intimate massage is one of the most sensual and sexy ways to get revved up and in the mood and retailers around the world have caught on to create entire sections of their stores and departments on their websites tailored to this category of erotic play,” said Michael Merrill, XR Brands brand manager.

“Including Wand Essentials and its international-friendly products is a no-brainer for any buyer broadening his or her reach within the sexual lifestyle product market.”

The company said Wand Essentials products' gender-neutral designs feature organic shapes and images – no nudity or sexual imagery – allowing for retailers in all corners of the adult product business to carry the line.
