The company is airing a couple-on-the-street interview show streamed live via Justin.tv/CharityX.
The subject of the live CharityX show is convincing real couples to have real sex for charity.
"We're serious about raising money for charity," CharityX President Buck Love said.
The company said random, ordinary couples walking down the sidewalk will be asked on camera, if they would be willing to have sex for charity. Their answer dictates where the show goes from there and the audience will be asked to give their live feedback.
The live debut episode is scheduled to air Nov. 23.
