The company said Lee brings to Evil Angel her 13-year adult industry expertise in sales and marketing.
Lee was the sales manager of Video Team from 1997 to 2005 before joining Tight Fit Productions as vice president of operations.
For the last three years she was a member of the sales team at novelty company Doc Johnson until last month when she decided to leave the company in order to take a position that enables her to spend more time in Los Angeles with her family.
"I'm excited about this new challenge," Lee said.

The company said Lee will be handling domestic U.S. DVD sales, the position recently vacated by Jessica Martinez.
"Joanie was always an asset to the company when she worked with me before," said Christian Mann, Evil Angel's general manager.
"Her sales experience and relationship skills will benefit our customers and Evil Angel."
