LONDON — Digital asset protection service Degban reports a successful end to the test run of the third layer of its IntelliDetect system.
According to the development supervisor at Degban, the third layer of IntelliDetect system, known as Community Penetration Content Discovery Automaton, or CPDA, is now ready to act in full capacity alongside the two other already active layers, which have been in full commission for the past year.
The company said CPDA is aimed at discovering infringed content shared and distributed in pirate communities across a multitude of Internet channels. This component will release the two other legacy automatons from carrying the burden of deep web penetration.
This Automaton tracks content through monitoring and extraction of the infringements recently made available by pirates on the piracy frontiers including file search engines, link aggregators, search engines and other superficial piracy tools. This allows for discovery and tracking of fresh sources of infringement and monitoring of the pirate hubs’ recent activities.
