Kama Sutra Offers ‘Sensual Shaving’ With Intimate Caress Line

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Earlier this year Kama Sutra released the Intimate Caress line of shave crèmes.

”Our concept is to have an array of products that encompasses every aspect of romance,” Kama Sutra President Beverly Pollington Sirjani said. “When we started to consider all the elements that go into love making, from preparation to foreplay and beyond, we realized that a feminine shave crème was a must.”

Founder and CEO Joe Bolstad said that he decided on the name after a long-time customer remarked that she would like a shaving experience that felt like someone was intimately caressing her body.

Kama Sutra Intimate Caress crèmes are formulated with high-quality ingredients and emollients designed to create a smooth shaving experience, the company said. With Jojoba, Aloe and fruit oils, the lightly scented crème glides on easily and provides a base for silky, sensual skin.

“Intimate Caress Shave Cremès are really unlike anything else available,” says Pollington Sirjani. “As well as their exceptional quality, each one of the three formulas has a refreshing, subtle scent designed to leave you smelling just as good as you feel.”

According to the company, the three varieties were decided upon after talking to customers and asking them what they would like to see. The varieties include Honeysuckle, Coconut Pineapple and Pomegranate.

Intimate Caress isn’t just for women — the shave crèmes can be used all over the body by both partners, and are strong enough for a man’s beard or the most delicate feminine areas, the company said.

“We played up the feminine angle to demonstrate just how smooth and fine Intimate Caress shave crèmes are,” Pollington Sirjani said. “But don’t be fooled, they are ideal for intimate couple fun too!”

According to the company, although the new crèmes have only been in the market for a few months, they are already establishing their place on the Kama Sutra “must have” list.

“We’ve had so much positive feedback from retailers and customers alike,” says Robert La Joie, U.S. senior sales director. “Our Party Plan ladies love these items as well because they are so easily demonstrated and easy to sell. Overall the response has been phenomenal.” Intimate Caress is available now. For more information please contact a local distributor.
