XGirl is the first adult talent management firm owned and operated by black females for the "business-minded adult industry performer."
According to Domina X, the agency will work with professional performers to maximize their longevity within the adult industry and assists them in website development, feature dancing, signing events, magazine modeling, mainstream opportunities and other means of advancing their careers.
"I found a need for experienced, knowledgeable management to assist talent in achieving their career goals when I decided to start XGirl," Domina X said. "I approached Eve Mayfair with the idea after working with her, and she was very receptive. She also saw the need for someone who could provide guidance in an industry with so much opportunity."
