NORTHRIDGE, Calif. — Metro Movies and distribution company Cal-Vista in association with Cheeky Monkey Productions have announced the release of “The Flying Pink Pig 2” on Aug. 30.
The controversial food truck film caused a stir earlier this year when after receiving mainstream media attention, the producers got hit with a cease and desist order from the famous Los Angeles food truck where the movie was shot.
“The Flying Pink Pig 2” is directed by Erica McLean who helmed the first feature and stars Alexis Texas. Co-stars Sunny Lane, Nicki Hunter, Cytherea , Mika Kim, Breanna Sparks, Tess Taylor, Lee Banf, Dale DaBone, TJ Cummings and Tyler Knight round out the cast.
Ron Jeremy is also featured as the film’s villain.
“We had an incredible response from media and fans to the first release, earlier this year,” said Rick Porras, Metro vice president of operations.
He added, “We were given the opportunity to add Alexis Texas to the cast, and we feel she adds an absolutely fun and sexy character to an already amazing cast of talent. We are excited to release ‘The Flying Pink Pig 2’ to everyone who enjoyed the first.”
Metro said the sequel has the girls of The Flying Pink Pig Truck going to great ("and dirtier") lengths to make sure that their villain will not take the gourmet catering truck and recover a sex tape.
