CHATSWORTH, Calif. — West Coast Productions this week promoted Jorge Sandoval to the position of public relations and marketing director.
Sandoval has been West Coast’s quality control technician and records keeper since joining the company in November.
The 29-year-old native of the San Fernando Valley brings a variety of experience to the post. Sandoval supervised the film vault for Pulse Productions in Burbank for four years and also worked in a temporary capacity at LFP during 2004-05 in the compliance department. Recently, Sandoval did construction and also was a driver for a seafood company.
“My experience from the film vault all the way up to LFP brought me to West Coast,” Sandoval said. “Now as the marketing director I’ll be focused on getting us more exposure in the urban community and in the industry. My goal is to keep on moving this company forward.”
Sandoval works closely with West Coast’s team of directors and editors as they prepare four new releases and two 16-hour comps each month. Among the company’s upcoming titles are "Black Anal Romance," "Super Anal Cougars," and the new line, "Black Lesbian Romance."
Earlier this week West Coast Productions announced the arrival of new General Manager Mark Duncan.
Sandoval said he’ll also continue handling quality control and records keeping in the interim. Contact him at qc@westcoastprod.com.
