Glow Industries Opens Calif. Warehouse

TOLEDO, Ohio — Glow Industries has opened a new 50,000 square foot warehouse in Riverside, Calif., bolstering its existing Ohio location to offer 115,000 square feet of space and hold more than 29 brands of adult products, smoke accessories and a 300-plus-page catalog of related merchandise.

According to the company, its expansion allows Glow to ship to its nationwide customer base with ease.

“Our company is known for professionalism and attention to detail when it comes to quality product design and construction, customer service, and delivery,” Glow Industries President Jason Glowacki said. “This is the perfect time to expand our reach to the West Coast and broaden our brand recognition within the adult retail and smoke shop markets. Besides, we’ve always wanted to learn to surf!”

Glow processes most orders within 24 hours, and the new California and existing Ohio warehouse locations will help shorten transit time to three days or less, the company said. Glow’s fill rates have historically remained above 95 percent or better, and Glowacki says he’s prepared to do what it takes to maintain that number.

“We’re pleased and proud to be able to provide our customers even faster service to the West Coast, which will poise the Glow brand for even stronger cross-country presence,” Glow Industries Sales Manager Brian Knupp said.

Glow’s employee base is 20-person-strong sales staff and growing, the company said, making it capable of handling orders, questions and concerns swiftly and politely.

Glow offers a growing catalog of hand-crafted borosilicate glass sex toys, incense, vaporizers, beaded curtains, electronic cigarettes, detox, tapestries and more.
