HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — Adult product manufacturer Sportsheets, following the debut of the Sex & Mischief fantasy collection, has brought on a set of new employees, positioning the company for continued success for the 2012 sales season, the company said.
Since its inception more than 18 years ago, the company said Sportsheets has experienced substantial sales growth, having expanded its warehouse to accommodate fresh inventory. The company also has developed its office space to house new additions to its sales and operations departments.
“We’re elated to have improved our forecasting process with a new controller on staff, and with a new executive/marketing assistant we’ll be able to channel product and sales details to our customers faster and more efficiently,” said Julie Stewart , Sportsheets vice president.
“We have a fantastic team comprised of strong and talented people, and we look forward to working together to further bolster the Sportsheets brand this coming year.”
The company said the new sales team includes Emily Dorman and Sylvia Lopez, two women who understand and communicate the company’s core values of innovation, quality and customer service to Sportsheets’ customers and the industry as a whole.
“They are excited about the growth plan, and our customers love working with them,” Sportsheets CEO Tom Stewart said.
Joanne Queenin has been brought on as executive and marketing assistant to manage the marketing plan with a special focus on the Sex & Mischief collection, which already has seen success in the adult retail industry.
“Joanne has brought a welcome organization to the marketing department,” Tom Stewart said. “Our art team is excited about working with her and our customers love her quick response.”
