SegPay Adds E.U. Non-Card Payment Options

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Payment service provider SegPay has announced it has integrated a direct-debit payment solution for France and Italy within its payment processing system.

The company said the integration now provides online merchants a secure and convenient payment option for non-credit card consumers in French and Italian markets.

“This is just one more element in our continuing pursuit of additional incremental revenue for our clients,” President and CEO Cathy Beardsley said.

“Direct debit payments are extremely popular in the European Union and integrating this service into our system helps deliver a hassle-free way to increase the customer base for our merchants.”
