Amy Baldwin Joins STEME Brand Management Team

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Industry vet, Shaye Saldana, founder of STEME,  has added Amy Baldwin to “increases the level of training and customer service by bringing a female perspective to his brand management team.”

According to the company, Baldwin has years of experience working in many different areas of this industry, including direct consumer interaction, retailer management and buyer experience, as well as a director of marketing for an adult boutique in Santa Cruz, Calif. Along with the sales and marketing qualifications, Baldwin also has certification as a sex educator.

“I feel that it is crucial to represent a woman’s voice when it comes to marketing female-friendly products,” Baldwin said. “The adult novelty industry has transitioned to focus on sexual wellness by promoting and supporting mid-range to high-end quality products geared towards the female consumer. These products and companies, such as some of STEME’s clients, are woman-designed and woman-owned companies, with quality and consciousness in mind. And while Shaye certainly knows his products and how to help them grow, many manufacturers will agree that a female viewpoint is essential in representing their brand. ”

Saldana adds, “I am thrilled to have Amy as part of our team as she is on a constant pursuit for knowledge and has a drive that is incredible. Amy has proven her success with her past accomplishments and we know she will be a strong component to our growing team.”
