Ex-Boyfriend Arrested After He Posts Sex Tape on XTube

NEWTON SQUARE, Pa. — A 20-year-old college student was arrested on a variety of criminal charges after he uploaded an explicit video to XTube.com of him having sex with a former girlfriend.

The 24-year-old victim said she didn't give Christopher Scott permission to disseminate the video on the user-submitted porn site, which has been viewed about 36,000 times on the Manwin-owned site.

The woman, who dated Scott for six months, told police she first learned that the video was available online when she received a call from her employer, who asked for her resignation.

Scott included the woman’s occupation and hometown in the video's title. And the Newton Square, Pa., resident described the 26:51 video as featuring a “Slutty ex-girlfriend.”

“Many people she knows found out about the video, and she has been getting harassed ever since,” an affidavit said.

Scott, the Jane Doe alleged, “manipulated her into making a video while they were having sex,” according to the affidavit.

Scott told police he posted the video because he was “depressed” over his breakup with Doe and that he contacted XTube and other websites that poached it to try to have the video removed.

When police served a search warrant at Scott's residence, they found a video of the sex tape involving Doe.

Scott, free on a $25,000 bond, faces four misdemeanor counts related to the creation and distribution of the Doe sex tape.
