Online Gay Community GayGuideBooks Launches

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. — GayGuideBook.com, an online gay community which promotes and connects small businesses, has launched.

GayGuideBook.com is a place where gay or gay-friendly businesses can add their own content so customers and fans can connect with them.
Small businesses can broadcast events to their customers or friends, sell and buy online and post to classifieds.

"GayGuideBook.com is universal, flexible and helps small businesses profit, connect and grow," the company said. "Potential customers are increasingly looking for products and services online, so it is important for businesses to have a strong online presence."

GayGuideBook includes information on bars, clubs, hotels, guesthouses, saunas, sex clubs, stores, escort services and more.

The social network has been testing limited audience for 16 weeks.
