LOS ANGELES — Former Jesse James' mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee is threatening to sue Red Light District if they release two sex tapes in which she appears, claiming they were stolen from her.
TMZ reported yesterday that RLD has the footage that shows McGee in sexual liaisons with a man and a woman.
Mark Hamilton, co-owner of Pulse Distribution, the company that distributes RLD films told XBIZ yesterday that they were in receipt of the footage, but wouldn’t comment further.
But according to TMZ, McGee is threatening a lawsuit if the tapes go public.
McGee's manager, Gina Rodriguez sent a letter to RLD demanding they return all copies if the videos and turn over the names of anyone who's seen the footage.
The letter states that if RLD doesn't return the tapes it will be subject to compensatory and punitive damages and referenced a statement from RLD in regards to releasing McGee's tapes that "this would help her career more than hurt it," as "ridiculous."
RLD was unavailable for comment at post time.
