Joanna Jet Sponsors Lifetime Achievement Award at Tranny Awards

BURBANK, Calif. — Joanna Jet will be sponsoring the Lifetime Achievement Award at Grooby’s 4th Annual Tranny Awards, which takes place on Sunday, Feb. 19.

Nominations are currently open and voting is fan and industry-based.

“Joanna is a class act and we’re pleased that she has offered to sponsor the Lifetime Achievement Award,” said Steven Grooby of Grooby Productions. “We would have been honored just to have her present the award, but it’s even more special now that’s she’s the sponsor, as well.”

Joanna Jet has been a staple in the industry for more than 10 years and has received multiple XBIZ nominations in the transsexual category for Performer of the Year, Director of the Year and Site of the Year.

She got her start on Grooby’s Shemale Yum and has performed in the U.K. and the U.S., in addition to being the producer of her own transsexual line of DVDs released under her Brazen Devil line and producing mainstream adult movies for such prestigious studios as Playboy and Spice Extreme.

Her site, JoannaJet.com, contains Joanna and other performers such as Brittany St. Jordan, Amy Daly, Angelina Torres, Karla Coxx and Sammy Valentine.

The top transsexual companies in the industry will be sponsoring the event and a few sponsorship opportunities are still available — contact Steven Grooby at swg@millenniumtga.com.

The awards take place at the El Cid Club in Silver Lake. Details can be found on TrannyAwards.com.
