Takedown Piracy Names Chanel Preston Its Star of the Month

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Takedown Piracy has named adult performer Chanel Preston its February Star of the Month.

The recognition is part of Takedown Piracy’s efforts to raise awareness regarding copyright infringements. As February’s featured celebrity, Preston will assist Takedown Piracy in educating adult consumers on respecting copyright laws.

During the month of February, anyone reporting the piracy of Chanel’s content to TDP’s tip page is automatically entered to win a one-month membership to the newly launched ChanelPreston.com. To report a copyright infringement of Chanel Preston’s content using Takedown Piracy’s tip page, visit TakedownPiracy.com.

“I am proud to be selected as a spokesperson for Takedown Piracy’s anti-piracy campaign,” Preston said. “It is important to educate fans on content theft and how it can and will lead to the destruction of the movies they love to watch. I truly believe most fans want to do right by the adult industry, which is why I’m giving away a free membership for my website to one of the fans reporting piracy this month.”

Previous recipients of Takedown Piracy’s Star of the Month honors include Nyomi Banxxx, Wicked Pictures contract performer jessica drake, Adam & Eve contract performer Alexis Ford and Evil Angel director Jonni Darkko.

“Chanel Preston is a true leader within the adult industry, openly discussing and debating important issues in the media regularly," Takedown Piracy owner Nate Glass said. "From the recent condom laws to the effects of piracy, her social responsibility prompted us to make her the Star of the Month.”

As a result of the tips page, millions of additional eyes provide Takedown Piracy with an army seeking out illegal downloads on torrent, tube, and cyberlocker sites. Users are asked to report the copyright owner and a link to the infringement.
