LOS ANGELES — Assence Films announced on Thursday that "Fuck-book" has filed the necessary paperwork to make its Initial Public Offering to adult film fans everywhere on Wednesday.
"The Fuck-book Diaries" features more than 90 minutes of POV action with performers Ashley Jordan, Amber Rayne and "a full friends list of hometown hotties."
"The Fuck-book Diaries" is the second release by new production company Assence Films, which was in the center of controversy last week following the release of "Anal Artists" starring Sasha Grey.
"Anal Artists" generated widespread media buzz when the National Education Association (NEA) refused to accept a donation of a percentage of the proceeds from the film. Assence Films is exclusively distributed by Exile Distribution.
