Coquette Debuts Penthouse and ZAKK Racks

CAMBRIDGE, Ontario — Marcus Horea, vice president of marketing at Coquette International, unveiled the company's new racking initiative designed to help retailers better merchandise Coquette products.

Launched earlier this month during the International Lingerie Show, the lingerie company's new racking initiative offers free display racks to customers who purchase a designated number of styles from either the Penthouse collection or the ZAKK range.

"Our new racking initiative was developed to help our customers better merchandise our products," Horea said. "In doing this, we are able to provide more than just a product. We're able to help our customers present our products beautifully and help their stores look their best."

Coquette's new racking initiative requires retailers to purchase a designated number of styles from either collection to receive the complimentary boutique rack and customized sign. In addition to the rack, customers who purchase the designated number of styles will also enjoy discounts. The company is offering 20 percent off the Penthouse collection and 10 percent off ZAKK products.

With 16 pegs on each side, the Penthouse rack holds 192 styles. Coquette customers who purchase 192 styles, that is six styles for each peg, will enjoy a complimentary Penthouse rack with a customized sign designed specifically for each customer. The approximate value for 192 pieces is $1,800, less the 20 percent discount.

With 30 pegs on each side, the ZAKK Rack holds 180 styles. Coquette customers who purchase 180 styles, that is three styles for each peg, will enjoy a complimentary ZAKK rack with a customized sign designed specifically for each customer. The approximate value for 180 pieces is $1,200, less the 10 percent discount.
