Nalpac Ltd. Debuts New Website

FERNDALE, Mich. —  Nalpac announced its new website today that includes enhanced search capabilities, multiple ordering options, and faster speed.

The company said the new offering creates "a shopping experience that will enable customers to search items, shop, and place orders with ease."

Dynamic capabilities, similar to search engines, that feature auto-populating suggestions as item names or numbers are typed in are featured on the new website.

Customers will be able to search by Nalpac or manufacturer’s item numbers, UPC code, and product name, with suggestions populating the drop-down menu as they type. They will also experience faster speeds, expanded item descriptions, and flyover image zoom.

Nalpac said new tracking information will also allow customers to check the status of orders.

“Nalpac has been in existence for more than 40 years. We’ve gone through a lot of changes over the years, but this is one of the most exciting changes I’ve been involved in. This state of the art site was created for our customers through the collaborative efforts of all of our departments: IT, sales, marketing, graphics, and purchasing," said Nalpac owner and CEO Ralph Caplan.

He added, "We hope that our customers will enjoy using it to keep their stores stocked with the latest products. Customers will always be able to find what it is they need from Nalpac and this is one more way we’re making it easier for our customers to run their businesses.”

Director of IT, Mike Cali said, “This new website is a result of hundreds of hours of research and development by our web team. I’m proud of all the work everyone has put into the site and I look forward to hearing the positive feedback from our customers once they explore all of the new features. We feel Nalpac.com is now the benchmark for websites in the industry.”

“In my many years of purchasing, I have seen thousands of websites and ours is by far one of the most advanced I have ever seen,” noted senior buyer and marketing coordinator Don Zerilli.

Customers can contact their Nalpac account manager or visit Nalpac.com to set up their account on the new website.
