Doc Johnson Proclaims Success at ANME

BURBANK, Calif. — Doc Johnson presented more than 100 new products, as well as new planograms, within the company’s mega-booth at the 2012 ANME Show.

The new James Deen full line of toys was featured in the booth, as well as new items in the Wendy Williams line — including a realistic Wendy Williams cock, a new masturbator addition to the Vicky Vette range — the Vicky Quickie mouth, and a new lifelike Mr. Marcus cock. Brand new extensions to the WonderLand collection also garnered a fantastic response, the company said.

Doc’s dual-density UR3 Realistic cocks in brand new colors also debuted along with new TitanMen masturbators, Mood masturbators and dual-stimulation anal beads, and the Glo line of glow-in-the-dark products.

“For Doc Johnson, this show was all about innovation. Since January, our creative teams have painstakingly designed and crafted some of the most advanced, functional, and beautiful toys we’ve ever had the pleasure of releasing,” said Victoria Bowman-Steinour, director of marketing and public relations. “These new offerings truly represent the movement Doc Johnson is making into our future as a company — we’ve been making strides in developing timely and sophisticated products, and reinvigorating some of our classic best-sellers in popular materials.”

Doc Johnson provided visitors with three new supplement catalogs (Summer 2012, Platinum, and Vac-U-Lock), as well as plan-o-gram downloads, gift bags and other supportive sales materials — all of which are available to customers upon request, year-round.

Life-sized WonderLand characters with face cutouts were featured in the Doc Johnson booth, and the staff provided participating visitors with instant printed photos in souvenir holders. James Deen made a surprise appearance at the booth on Saturday in order to promote his new line of Doc Johnson toys.

Doc COO Chad Braverman said he was extremely pleased with reactions to Doc Johnson’s new items at the booth.

“The James Deen collection had a powerful impact, as did the extensions to our WonderLand line — the cock rings, lubes and potion were a huge hit,” Braverman said. “Glo surprised everyone and was major crowd-pleaser. What’s even more exciting is that we saw great reactions to virtually every single one of our new toys—and that so many customers placed orders with us before the conclusion of the show. Our new Shades of Gray BDSM line received excellent feedback, as did our masturbator additions to the TitanMen collection. Our team has worked tirelessly to create these products and we are thrilled at the response we received at AMNE this season. The insights of the industry are invaluable to us; there is so much to be learned by the first impressions and comments as we show our newest products to our customers.”
