PHILADELPHIA — National A-1 Internet announced today that one of the new owners of flagship website HotMovies.com is also the owner of video clip provider Clips4sale.com.
Representatives of Clips4sale explained that the two companies will continue to be operated separately, with independent management teams, while utilizing synergies that will benefit both companies.
The new owner’s identity was not disclosed.
“This is a very exciting move,” HotMovies director of business development James Cybert said. “We welcome the change and the expertise added to our top level management. We see a number of ways in which this can grow our sites in the months and years ahead.”
