DVDTalk.com Launches Gay Adult DVD Reviews

PORTLAND, Ore. — Mainstream and adult review site DVDTalk.com has debuted a gay DVD review section. The site now contains more than 5,000 adult DVD reviews of both gay and straight titles.

DVDTalk.com provides product information, reviews and commentary about adult DVDs for a mainstream audience.

“The demand to add reviews of gay DVDs was pretty staggering,” DVDTalk.com Editor Geoff Kleinman said. “Our audience spoke loud and clear, and we’ve listened.”

DVDTalk.com launched in 1999 and has 1.5 million unique readers per month. Many of those site visitors also read adult reviews and columns, Kleinman said.

“With stars like Jenna Jameson and Tera Patrick having such a strong presence in the mainstream space, films like ‘Pirates’ crossing over and the new breed of alt-porn, we’re finding a strong interest in covering all things adult,” Kleinman said.

The site currently has 92 gay adult DVD reviews, which are added daily. Many of the reviews are linked to Gamelink’s video-on-demand program so readers can watch video after reading the review.

With the launch of the new section, DVDTalk.com is looking to grow its review staff for both gay and straight adult DVDs.
